These Details, Your Seven Answers And Your Selected Priorities Are Used To Prepare Your Snapshot And Support Relevant Future Follow-Up About The Programme.

What Stays In Your Browser

Your Details And Answers Are Kept In This Browser Session While You Complete And Review Your Snapshot. The Site Uses Session Storage To Let You Move Between Questions And View Your Results. Closing The Browser Tab Ends This Local Session Copy. A Completed Response Already Sent To The Sheet Is Not Removed when the browser session ends.

Sharing Your Completed Snapshot With Ayaana

Before The Questionnaire Begins, You Can Review The Data-Sharing Notice And Give Your Agreement. If You Agree And Complete The Snapshot, Your Name, Email, Phone, Age Range, Gender, City, Country, Seven Answers And Selected Priorities Are Sent To Ayaana’s Private Google Sheet With The Submission Time. The Information Is Used To Prepare Your Snapshot And Support Relevant Future Follow-Up About The Programme.

Submitting The Completed Snapshot Sends These Details To The Sheet. Ending The Browser Session Does Not Delete A Submitted Response. To Ask About Your Information Or Request Deletion, Use The Contact Channel Listed On The Main Website. Completing The Snapshot Does Not Create A Payment Or Appointment.
